How to Load a Snapshot

Snapshots contain the foundational elements you need to run your campaign (SMS/Email workflows, Funnels, Calendars, Pipelines, Tags, etc.). Loading a snapshot pulls these elements into your account so that you can successfully run your business.

What You Need Before You Load a Snapshot

Domain

Every snapshot will need a domain. The domain is crucial for SMS and email campaigns and setting up your funnels and calendars. If you don't have a domain name you can purchase one. Once you have a domain, you should also integrate it into Swayze to make your funnels live. You can enter your root domain (e.g. mycompany.com) or a subdomain (aca.mycompany.com) if you already have a website built on your domain.

Phone Number

This isn't required for all snapshots. You will need it for Final Expense and Medicare T65 snapshots. It's best to purchase a phone number within Swayze CRM before loading these snapshots. This ensures that workflows send the correct number to leads and not an empty value.

Loading the Snapshot

1. From the menu, click Training/Support > Load Automations

2. Choose your desired snapshot

3. Fill in the following fields 

  • Client Facing Business Name (Required)
  • Client Facing Domain (Required)
  • Facebook URL (Optional)
  • Instagram URL (Optional)

4. Click the "Load Snapshot" button.

Your snapshot should load within 5 minutes. If that time elapse and you don't see the elements of your snapshot in your account, please reach out to us.

What to Do After You’ve Loaded Your Snapshot

Once you've loaded your snapshot, our team will review it to ensure everything is set up correctly. If there's anything we need your help with, we'll let you know.
